If you create a client portal account, we collect information associated with that account and the engagement, such as appointments, reports, findings and corrective actions.
2. Sensitive health information
This platform is not intended for storing protected health information. Client organizations should avoid uploading identifiable child health records unless the appropriate privacy, security and business associate requirements have been implemented and agreed in writing. No HIPAA compliance is claimed by default.
3. How we use information
We use the information you submit to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, deliver consulting engagements, manage the client portal, and communicate about services. We do not sell personal information.
4. How we store and protect information
Information submitted through this website and portal is stored using a hosted database provider with access controls limiting who can view it. Access to client organization data within the portal is restricted to authorized TamiaJoy's staff and the client organization's own authorized users.
5. Sharing of information
We do not share information you submit with third parties except as needed to operate this website and portal (such as our hosting and database provider), or as required by law.
6. Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted by contacting us at wecare@tamiajoysnursingwithcare.com. Requests related to an active client engagement will be handled consistent with our written agreement with your organization.
