1. About this agreement

These terms govern your use of the TamiaJoy's Nursing with Care website and client portal, and your engagement of consulting services from TamiaJoy's Nursing with Care ("TamiaJoy's," "we," "us"). By using this site, submitting an inquiry, or engaging TamiaJoy's for services, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of services, professional and consulting notice

Consulting services support program quality improvement and readiness. They do not replace regulatory inspection, legal advice, medical diagnosis, prescriber direction, manufacturer instructions, emergency authorities, or applicable licensing requirements.

TamiaJoy's is a consulting firm. We do not operate as a substitute for state or federal licensing authorities, and our reports and recommendations do not constitute a passing or failing determination under any regulatory framework. We do not provide direct medical care to children, and nothing on this site or in any deliverable constitutes medical advice, a medical diagnosis, or legal advice. Organizations remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable licensing, health and safety laws, and for decisions made about the health and care of children in their programs.

3. Engagements and scope

The scope, timeline and fees for any consulting engagement are established in a separate written agreement or statement of work before on-site or remote work begins. General descriptions of services on this website are illustrative and do not themselves constitute an offer or a binding scope of work.

4. Client portal

Clients with portal access are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for the accuracy of information they submit. TamiaJoy's may suspend portal access for security reasons or at the end of an engagement.

5. Intellectual property

Reports, tools, training materials and the T.A.M.I.A. framework are the intellectual property of TamiaJoy's Nursing with Care unless otherwise agreed in writing, and are provided for the client's internal use in connection with the engagement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TamiaJoy's liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. TamiaJoy's is not liable for outcomes that result from a client's failure to implement recommendations, or from information the client did not disclose during the engagement.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or portal after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
